Free delivery in Kyiv applies to all gold and platinum orders.

Delivery
- Within Kyiv from 9:00 to 21:00.
- Delivery to Kyiv region is determined individually.
- Pickup available on weekdays from 10:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 11:00 to 17:00, Sunday by arrangement.
- Nationwide delivery available via courier services (Nova Poshta, Delivery, Intime)
After you submit the form for a jewelry order, the request is processed by the craftsman within 10 to 60 minutes on business days.
Then a manager will contact you to clarify order details, production time, delivery, and payment.

- Interest-free installment (with PrivatBank card)
- Non-cash (bank transfer to company account, terminal payment in workshop via Visa and Master Card)
- Important! For exclusive orders, 65% of the total amount is paid upfront. The remaining 35% is paid after the item is ready.
